Let Connection Flow Freely

An open passage for intelligence, knowledge and the internet to remain reachable, fluid and yours to choose

Explore

Make intelligence part of everyday work

A useful connection does more than return an answer. It helps a proposal take shape, gives a team back its time and makes the next investment more deliberate

Belief

Connection should not be divided by design

Vision

Keep knowledge, intelligence and the internet open, reachable and in motion

Mission

Reduce unnecessary boundaries between people, intelligence and the internet through unified, stable and transparent connection infrastructure

More attention for the work that matters

Model API access and usage allowances are at the heart of VeloTok. Bring intelligence into the way you already work, with optional network access quietly supporting the connection

Model Gateway

From workplace assistants and content production to intelligence inside your product, choose models for the task. Validate output quality and call costs before making them part of everyday operations

Optional connectivity

Supporting connectivity for cross-region work and authorized service access. Check regions, devices and restrictions first. Model allowances and network entitlements are described separately

One workspace

One account for plans, orders and activated services. Keep account management together while retaining control over the services you choose

From a first request to useful, repeatable work

Businesses need more than another tool to sign into. Make decisions around output quality, usage costs and delivery scope, so model access becomes work you can evaluate and improve

Choose for the task

Summaries, document analysis, coding assistance and multilingual content have different needs. Compare models with the same sample tasks instead of choosing by name alone

Budget around real work

Account for input and output length, request volume, model rates and retries. Estimate the cost of one business workflow before choosing an allowance or scaling it

Validate before scaling

Start with a minimal request. Check the endpoint, model identifier, response format and error handling, then use trial results to decide what is ready for a live workflow

Keep responsibilities clear

Purchasing needs a budget, engineering needs integration detail and business teams need useful results. Agree on scope, contacts and acceptance criteria before rollout

A simpler path. More room to choose

Your application sends a request through the model gateway to the selected model. Confirm compatibility and data-handling requirements before integration; add network connectivity only where needed

  1. Your application

A workplace workflow, business tool or your own product defines the task

  2. Model API gateway

Use the activated endpoint, model and allowance, retaining safe error references for troubleshooting

  3. Your chosen model

Your application handles the response, with human review for consequential output

Intelligence that fits the work in front of you

From a business document or a customer reply to an intelligent feature in your product. Start with the task in front of you, fit models into familiar workflows, then share what works with your team

Business operations

Organize meeting notes, internal material and proposals with less repetitive preparation. From growing businesses to large-company departments, begin with one frequent, lower-risk task

Content and customer care

Draft content, organize common questions and prepare suggested replies in a consistent brand voice. Keep people responsible for published material and customer commitments

Workflows and cost planning

Break down repetitive work and compare review time with model-call costs. Define trial scope, budget and acceptance criteria before committing to a wider rollout

Developers and product teams

Connect models to applications, validate prototypes and compare results with shared test sets. Treat integration, debugging, rate limits and error handling as one development workflow

Cross-border commerce

Support product copy, multilingual content, customer replies and operating documents. Your team remains responsible for product facts, claims and publishing on marketplaces such as Amazon

Individual exploration

Begin with study assistance, a writing draft or a lightweight tool. Understand allowances and limits, then choose a suitable scale without adding services you do not need

Explore services and integration

Choose the work. Then choose the allowance

Explore model services first. Compare allowances, billing periods, supported capabilities and usage limits, with network plans listed separately. Published prices are distinguished from unpriced previews

For a first integration

Use a small sample of real tasks to check quality, compatibility and per-task cost before choosing an allowance

For recurring workloads

Plan around daily volume, peak concurrency and output length. A recurring plan is not unlimited usage

For business engagements

Bring your use case, expected volume, data requirements and acceptance criteria. Contact us to confirm scope and a quotation

A clear start, from service scope to a useful result

Understand before choosing. Validate before scaling. Account setup, service activation and application integration are separate steps; checking them in order makes issues easier to locate

  1. 01

    Define one useful task

Choose a sanitized sample set and define output quality, frequency and budget. Read the service description and privacy policy

  2. 02

    Create and verify your account

When registration is open, enter your email and matching strong passwords, complete the anti-bot check and verify your email. Existing users can sign in or recover access

  3. 03

Confirm the plan and service status

Check currency, allowance, term and limits. Payment and activation have separate states; placing an order does not by itself grant model access

  4. 04

    Make a minimal test request

Follow activation instructions for the endpoint, access key and model identifier. Check authentication and response format, then test timeouts, rate limits and safe retries

  5. 05

    Review results before rolling out

Evaluate quality, latency and cost against your samples, keeping human review where needed. Report issues with the time, error code and a sanitized request reference

Lasting cooperation starts with clear expectations

A serious business relationship needs more than a promise. Align purchasing, engineering and operations on service scope, costs, data requirements and how issues will be handled

Scope and acceptance

Discuss tasks, volumes and acceptance criteria first. Specific service levels, data residency or dedicated support require separate confirmation, not an assumption based on this page

Costs and records

Review published prices, billing periods and entitlements. Payment, activation and follow-up each have their own status; a displayed price does not imply unlimited usage

Data and responsibility

Classify and sanitize data before choosing use cases. Verify facts before publishing output and confirm conditions for sensitive data before integration

Support and communication

Use one contact path for account, integration and order questions. Include useful, non-sensitive details; never send passwords, verification codes or complete access keys

Useful answers before your first request

Understand service types, billing, integration and business engagements. Start with the answers relevant to your stage, then explore the product and service guide

What is included in model API access?

The core service is model access for applications with a defined allowance, for workplace assistance, content or product features. Your plan and activation guide specify models, compatibility and limits. Network access is not bundled by default

How is this different from a vendor membership?

API allowances are for requests from applications, not a model vendor's consumer chat membership or account. Consumer features, limits and membership benefits do not automatically apply to an API plan

Where should different teams begin?

Businesses can trial one frequent task, engineers can start with a minimal request, and commerce teams can validate product facts and multilingual samples. These use cases overlap; one business can use several

How should I choose a model?

Compare quality, latency, context needs and cost using the same sample tasks. Simple classification and complex reasoning may need different choices. Check plan support before a small evaluation

Are tokens the same as request counts?

No. Tokens measure content processed by a model; each request can have different input and output lengths. Plans may limit credits, request counts or time. Check each limit rather than treating them as interchangeable

How can a business estimate its usage budget?

Estimate daily requests, average input and output length, model rates and peak demand, leaving room for testing and retries. Refine the budget with trial results. A plan price does not mean every model has the same rate

Why do Chinese and English show different currencies?

Chinese shows yuan and English shows US dollars, priced separately rather than converted live. Where a currency has no published price, you see a preview and inquiry link instead of a relabeled amount. Existing orders retain their currency

Are checkout and automatic renewal available now?

Online checkout is not enabled at present, so the website does not charge you or renew automatically. Explore plans and contact us first. Prices, scope and cancellation and refund rules must be published before paid checkout opens

Does registration immediately enable model calls?

Registration creates a website account; it does not purchase or activate model access. When registration is open, complete email and anti-bot verification. Confirm your service is active before testing its integration instructions

What if a request is unauthorized, rate-limited or times out?

Check the endpoint, key permissions, model identifier and service status. For rate limits, reduce concurrency and follow retry guidance; do not retry timeouts indefinitely. Send support the error code, time and a sanitized request reference, never a full key

Can we use internal documents or customer data?

Confirm processing authority, classification, sanitization requirements and upstream data policies first. Do not assume every model offers zero retention, no training use or single-region processing. Discuss specific requirements before integration

How can marketplace and commerce teams use it?

Use it to organize product benefits, draft multilingual copy, suggest replies and prepare business material. People remain responsible for facts, marketplace rules and publishing. No sales, ranking or platform-verification bypass is promised

Do I have to purchase network access too?

No. Model access is the main service and network connectivity is optional. Whether you need it depends on your authorized use case and integration conditions. Confirm regions, devices and restrictions before activation

Does every business need a long-term contract?

Not every customer needs a long-term agreement. Standard services follow published terms. Business engagements involving a specific quotation, service level or data requirements should be discussed and governed by the written terms actually agreed

What should we check before switching models or scaling?

Recheck capabilities, rates, context and response format, then rerun your sample tests. Confirm peak limits and error handling before increasing traffic. One model's behavior is not a guarantee for every other model

How do I request help, cancellation or a refund?

Use the contact and support page with the issue, a non-sensitive order reference, time and requested outcome. Cancellation, refunds and disputes follow the transaction, terms at purchase and applicable requirements. Do not send payment-card details in chat
